Liability

Our support is provided on a voluntary and free basis. We offer psychosocial support and counseling, but not medical or therapeutic treatment in the legal sense.

We are only liable for damages arising in connection with our support in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Volunteer Work and Free Services

All our services are free of charge and provided by volunteer counselors.

There are no costs for support, counseling or participation in conversation groups. Wandelstern is financed exclusively through donations.

Limits of Our Support

Our support does not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment. In case of acute psychological crises or medical emergencies, please contact the appropriate professional services.

We can refer you to specialists, psychotherapists or other specialized institutions if needed.

Consent and Voluntariness

Participation in our support is voluntary. You can end or pause the support at any time without giving reasons.

You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time. Please contact us for this purpose.
